SuccessFactors Project Manager

SuccessFactors Project Manager United Kingdom Competitive Temporary

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations with main SuccessFactors modules (SAP EC, EC Payroll, Absence Management, Global Benefits, developing custom functionality Metadata Framework- MDF) and integration with other solutions (Benefits, Time Management…)
  • Success Factors certified (active certification) for EC or ECP modules at least.
  • Experience designing integration solutions with multiple vendors.
  • Should have handled multiple director/VP level stakeholders (Both IT and Business) from customer organization and thus should possess strong leadership, analytical and technical, Presentation and communication skills.
  • Participates in solution design activities across functional teams to collaboratively develop effective solutions. Leverages subject matter expertise to drive the resolution of more complex business technology challenge.
  • Full understanding of the End-to-End (E2E) HCM process and data process flows and their integration points upstream and downstream with other systems.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork and facilitation.
  • Implementation Knowledge from various Industries
  • SAP HCM ERP Certification and SME in HR Processes is a Plus

Experience/Training Required:

  • 10+ years of experience implementing SF and HCM on-Premise EC, Payroll.
  • SF certification must be required.
  • Experience implementing SF and SAP HCM ERP.
  • HCM processes knowledge and language of the following business areas: Human Resources, Benefits, Time Management and Payroll.
  • Previous experience with a major systems integrator and/or an ERP software company a plus.
  • Excellent organization, time management and communication skills.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Ideally Security Cleared to BPSS level.
