Contingent Search: A single campaign for a specific skill set or project need.

Retained search: A retained headhunt search for a specific skill set or project need. Usually used for technical Search campaigns with limited time scale. The benefits being we will not stop working until its filled.

Project Team Placement: Bring one of our market experts in to consultant and recruit a project team. Benefit being we will know and understand the team and the purpose of the team from the word go meaning we will find relevant and long term members.

Contract: Secure a highly qualified candidate for a set time to perform a specific duty. Benefit being highly qualified and experienced – immediately available.
