Plant Maintenance - Principal Consultant

Responsibilities

•        Lead and work with the business through a number of sprints in the realise phase of the project.

•        Explain business reasons for utilising functionalities and transform them into business Standard S4 HANA best business practice.

•        Write detailed functional specifications, technical specifications, Configuration documents and test scripts for any custom development. This may include integration points with other SAP modules.

•        Prepare summary level presentations and facilitate future state system design and process workshops to obtain client acceptance.

•        Perform and/or oversee; configuration of SAP applications, creation of positive/negative unit test scripts, and execution of unit tests.

•        Create and/or support creation of integration/user acceptance test scenarios and scripts as well as facilitate and provide direct support for user testing.

•        Create and/or support creation of cutover plan and scripts as well as facilitate and provide direct support for production migration and go-live stabilisation.

•        Provide status updates on assigned work to management.

Essential Experience

•        This role will require experience of at least 8 project cycles within a consulting role.

•        Senior SAP EAM/PM/CS Consultant with experience including assessments, blueprinting, system build, testing and go-live stabilisation.

•        Experienced in Agile Project Methodology.

•        Experience of configuration within the PM module following Standard S4 HANA.

•        Perform in cross-functional team environments where strong interpersonal communication skills are essential.

•        Experience in SAP module configuration (multiple roles available and dependent of specific skills and experience)

•        Knowledge of S/4 HANA Finance

•        Understanding of HANA technology

•        Good client-facing skills and comfort in both delivery and pre-sales environment

•        Content creation and social media adoption

•        Project Management skills or an understanding of project methodologies including Agile project delivery

•        High level understanding of the digital transformation agenda
