We are seeking a skilled and experienced Communications Lead to drive effective communication strategies and activities for a SAP transformation initiative.

As the Communications Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communication plan to engage stakeholders and ensure successful adoption of SAP technology within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a detailed communication strategy that outlines the objectives, key messages, target audience, and channels for effective communication during the SAP transformation project.
• Develop tailored communication materials and channels to address stakeholders' needs and concerns, and actively engage with them to ensure alignment and support.
• Develop clear and concise messages that articulate the benefits and impact of the SAP transformation, while addressing potential resistance or challenges.
• Internal communication channels: Utilize various internal communication channels to disseminate information, updates, and progress reports on the SAP transformation. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of these channels and adapt as needed.

This is an initial 6-month contract, paying Outside IR35

Please note you need to be on-site 3 days a week, but travel expenses will be paid.
