SAP C4C Consultant

This role is for a skilled practitioner, providing support across all aspects of consulting engagements in their domain. The practitioner must be able to work independently on project quality assurance roles, use their technical and solution knowledge to offer advice and support, take and provide thought leadership on client business, technology and people/change needs. The individual will work closely with clients to deliver end-to-end solutions, with a focus on bringing innovation to clients.

Your role will include design and delivery of SAP Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud  solutions to drive sales, service, marketing, and digital business transformation projects. The role will cover client engagement, project management, solution design, testing and leading onsite and remote project advisory and delivery. The individual will also be key in supporting sales activities through demo creation, business process and technical presentations, and the development of Accelerator solutions and project templates. We will work with you from the outset to develop your consulting skills and competences, and you will be given appropriate training to further your technical knowledge of new solutions.

Essential: 

  • This role will require experience of at least 5 sales, service or marketing business transformation projects delivered within a consulting role
  • Thorough business process understanding of at least two of marketing, sales, service, and commerce
  • Solid hands-on implementation experience of packaged SAP solutions, specifically SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, or SAP CRM, including sales processes and pricing; customer and material/product master data; service processes
  • Hands-on implementation experience of integrating CRM packages such as SAP Sales Cloud or SAP Marketing Cloud to SAP ECC.
  • Demonstrable industry experience in at least two of FMCG, CP, Manufacturing, Retail, or Utilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to translate complex or technical topics into accessible business terms
  • Experienced at stakeholder management
  • Extensive experience in leading projects, in particular running workshops, requirements gathering / solution design / testing and cutover activities
  • Providing SAP support to clients on an adhoc basis may be required as a part of the role

Desirable: 

  • Aptitude for at least basic programming and/or review
  • Team lead or project management experience
  • Bachelors or Masters degree
  • Analytical & detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work with external and internal customers to ensure quality of work; professionalism and customer satisfaction
  • Flexible in terms of work environment and tasks undertaken
  • Mobile; comfortable with multiple client engagements and travel
