Your New Role:

• Support major organisations in the delivery of ERP Professionals on both a contractual and permanent basis.
• Identifying new potential candidates and clients.
• Help to arrange interviews for candidates, receiving feedback and ensuring that the recruitment process for candidates and clients runs effectively.
• Network within the ERP/IT Market and become an expert in your field.
• Build your community/network of niche skilled candidates.

About You:

• Recruitment experience not paramount.
• Must have a willingness to lean and develop - full support provided.
• A self-motivated individual who is proactive and client centric.
• Natural ability to build relationships.
