Life Cycle Solution Architect - Outside IR35 Contract - ASAP start:

Our leading global client is seeking a specialist Life cycle Solution Architect to join them on an outside IR35,12 month initial contract position. The right candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions for procurement and contract life cycle management (CLM) processes. They will bring a strong understanding of procurement workflows, coupled with hands-on experience in CLM software, ideally within the Agiloft application or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect end-to-end solutions for procurement and CLM processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical leadership during the implementation of CLM systems, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
  • Configure and customize CLM software (preferably Agiloft) to meet business needs, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and documentation efforts for users and technical teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and post-implementation, maintaining high-quality service delivery.
  • Stay updated on advancements in procurement technologies and CLM tools, driving continuous improvement.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect, ideally within the procurement domain.
  • Deep understanding of procurement workflows and CLM processes, including contract creation, negotiation, approvals, compliance, and renewals.
  • Expertise in implementing and delivering CLM solutions, with strong preference for experience in Agiloft.
  • Familiarity with other leading CLM platforms such as DocuSign CLM, Coupa CLM, or Icertis is also considered.
  • Strong background in software configuration, integration, and customization.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration between business and technical stakeholders.
