SAP Communications Lead We are seeking a skilled and experienced Communications Lead to drive effective communication strategies and activities for a SAP transformation initiative. As the Communications Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communication plan to engage stakeholders and ensure successful adoption of SAP technology within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a detailed communication strategy that outlines the objectives, key messages, target audience, and channels for effective communication during the SAP transformation project.
  • Develop tailored communication materials and channels to address stakeholders' needs and concerns, and actively engage with them to ensure alignment and support.
  • Develop clear and concise messages that articulate the benefits and impact of the SAP transformation, while addressing potential resistance or challenges.

Internal communication channels:

  • Utilize various internal communication channels to disseminate information, updates, and progress reports on the SAP transformation.
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of these channels and adapt as needed.
  • This is an initial 6-month contract, paying Outside IR35
  • Please note you need to be on-site 3 days a week, but travel expenses will be paid.
