SAP HCM/SF Consultant




Essential competencies:

  • Self-motivated individual who is passionate about HR, technology, working with customers, and obtaining customer success.
  • Demonstrable implementation expertise and experience in the following SuccessFactors modules
    • LMS (implementation within a Validated Environment is an advantage)
    • Knowledge of other SF modules is an advantage
  • Multiple SAP HCM SuccessFactors configuration experience with at least 2 end to end successful implementations covering the modules above
  • Expertise working with Validated SaaS systems functionalities and configurations for regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical device manufacturing, and life sciences.
  • Must have relevant experience with SuccessFactors LMS, Bizx, iContent and Proxy Configurations.
  • Technical knowledge about SCORM, AICC and integrating LMS with other HRIS systems.
  • Recruiting processes like candidate pipeline, recruiting posting, talent pools, candidate summary, offer letter etc.
  • Good working knowledge and extensive experience in XML.
  • Proven and demonstrable track record of successfully delivering projects and providing solutions for the resolution of complex issues. 
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent Client engagement and communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.




  • Provide consulting for SuccessFactors module implementations and managing the project relationship with our customers.
  • Provide best practice guidance on how to best leverage the SuccessFactors solution.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Complete projects on time and on budget.
  • Supporting our Business development activities, working with our sales teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan and delivery approach for SAP transformations.




  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • SuccessFactors Professional Certifications, preferably in Recruiting Management, Career Site Builder, Onboarding and Learning Management.
  • Up-to-date valid Professional or Associate Certifications (inclusive of all Deltas).
  • Proven success in a client-facing environment.
  • Experience in business process design and process mapping
